We provide tax preparation for Federal, State, and Local authorities for all business entity types. Partnerships (1065), S-Corporation (1120-S), C-Corporation (1120), Non-Profit (990), Home Owners Associations (1120-H)

Our bookkeepers will keep track of your income and expenses, and reconcile all your accounts monthly for up to date financial statement preparation. We are certified to work in and manage clients in Quickbooks, Quickbooks Online, and Xero accounting softwares.
We can assist in the upkeep and reconciliation of Accounts Receivables in the aforementioned accounting software and in most industry specific sales and invoicing software.
Monthly we prepare financial statements for our clients, and quarterly reach out to every client for an in depth financial statement review with an account manager in our office.

Sit down with our consultant to review your business plan, financial planning, tax consult/plan and compliance review. If you have not already done so we can assist in the business registration with all the necessary taxing agencies depending on location and entity type.
Our standard setup rate is $550 per new business entity, which includes the startup review, federal registration, state registration and license registrations required for startup.
